Senate 1658: Relating to Health Care [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1658    GENERAL BILL/CS/1ST ENG by Health and Human Services Appropriations;
Peaden (Similar CS/H 5105, Compare H 7077, CS/H 7131, CS/S 1346,
S 1628, CS/CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 1986, CS/CS/S 2286, 2ND ENG/S 2600)
Health Care [WPSC]; Authorizes the ACHA to adopt rules related to the
Public Medical Assistance Trust Fund. Revises behavioral health services
and dental services coverage under the Kidcare program. Updates the data
to be used in calculating disproportionate share. Authorizes the ACHA to
make disproportionate share payments to certain hospitals. Directs the
AHCA to establish pilot projects in Miami-Dade County relating to home
health services, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2009.
