Senate 1696: Relating to Education [WPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S1696    GENERAL BILL/CS/CS/1ST ENG by Policy & Steering Committee on Ways and

Education [WPSC]; Provides requirements of the Division of Vocational
Rehabilitation for the provision of vehicle modifications for eligible
persons. Prohibits a community college board of trustees from entering
into an employment contract that requires the community college to pay
the president an amount from state funds in excess of 1 year of the
president's annual salary for termination, buy-out, or any other type of
contract settlement, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 05/27/2009 except as
otherwise provided.
