House 1815: Relating to Controlled Substances ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1815    GENERAL BILL/1ST ENG by Transportation; (CO-SPONSORS) Evers  (Compare
CS/S 2160)
Controlled Substances; revises definitions; provides for minimum terms
of imprisonment in circumstances where a person commits or attempts to
commit such crime in structure or conveyance where child is present & in
circumstances where child suffers great bodily harm; provides criminal
penalties in circumstances involving certain violation, which results in
serious injury to state, local, or federal law enforcement officer, etc.
