S1866    GENERAL BILL/CS by Government Efficiency Appropriations; Smith  (Similar
2ND ENG/H 0989, H 1367, Compare 2ND ENG/H 1859, CS/S 2546)
Fish & Wildlife Conservation Comm.; revises membership of Boating
Advisory Council; increases terms of office of members appointed by
Governor & limits number of consecutive terms they may serve; revises
provision barring transfer of saltwater products license; provides for
increase in annual saltwater products license fees; reduces stone crab
trap certificate transfer fees; repeals provision re environmental
education & Advisory Council on Environmental Education, etc. Amends FS.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2005.
