House 1869: Relating to Medicaid ------------------------------------------------------------------

H1869    GENERAL BILL by Elder & Long-Term Care (HFC); H. Gibson  (Compare
H 1871, H 1873, H 1875, 2ND ENG/H 6003, CS/CS/3RD ENG/S 0838)
Medicaid; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN H6003) provides for AHCA to expand
certain pilot & demonstration project waivers under certain conditions;
provides for integration of state funding to persons who are dually
eligible for Medicare & Medicaid; requires agency to provide choice of
managed care plans to recipients; requires integration of Medicare &
Medicaid services, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2005.
