Initiative Petitions/Subject Matter; constitutional amendment to limit
subject matter of constitutional revisions & amendments proposed by
initiative; provides that subject matter of such revision or amendment
may not have as its purpose any purpose that may be accomplished by
general law; provides that purpose that may not be accomplished by
general law includes, but is not limited to, purpose to increase or
decrease constitutional limits, etc. Amends s. 3, Art. XI.
