Senate 2484: Relating to Mobile Home Park Tenancies [CPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2484    GENERAL BILL by Smith  (Identical H 1321, Compare H 0551, CS/CS/2ND
ENG/S 0682, S 1298)
Mobile Home Park Tenancies [CPSC]; Requires park owners to give tenants
a right of first refusal to purchase individual parcels within a park
under certain conditions. Extends the minimum length of advance notice
that must be given by a park owner to a tenant before evicting the
tenant due to a change in land use of the underlying park property.
Provides a limitation on an exception relating to transfers by
partnerships, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2009.
