S2494    PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Fasano  (Linked S 2492, Identical H 1423,
Compare CS/H 0551, H 1421, H 7085, CS/S 1054, CS/S 2170)
Pub. Rec./Code of Ethics/Commission on Ethics [GPSC]; Provides an
exemption from public records requirements for a determination by the
Commission on Ethics regarding an information or a referral of an
alleged violation of the Code of Ethics for Public Officers and
Employees. Provides an exemption from public meetings requirements for
any proceeding conducted by the commission or a local Commission on
Ethics and Public Trust pursuant to such information or referral, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Contingent.
