S2510 LOCAL BILL by Joyner (Similar CS/H 1247)
Hillsborough County/Children's Museum of Tampa; Authorizes the Division
of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the DBPR to issue an alcoholic
beverage license to the Children's Museum of Tampa, Inc., to use within
the museum's building and on its grounds. Provides that the license may
be used only for special events. Authorizes transfer and provides for
subsequent reversion of the license under certain circumstances, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon becoming law.
