Health Insurance; redefines term "eligible individual" for purposes of
guaranteed availability of individual health insurance coverage to
eligible individuals; revises definitions re Fla. Health Insurance Plan;
provides for Insurance Regulation Commissioner to serve on plan's board
of directors; revises sources of additional revenue for plan; prescribes
limit on health care provider reimbursement, etc. Amends
627.6487,.64872. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2005.
