State University Excess Credit Hours; Provides requirements for
additional payment by state university students for certain credit hours
exceeding degree program completion requirements; provides criteria for
calculating credit hours; authorizes exceptions; requires state
universities & community colleges to implement process for notifying
students of certain information. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2009.
