House 0595: Relating to Open House Parties ------------------------------------------------------------------

H595     GENERAL BILL/1ST ENG by Fitzgerald  (Identical CS/S 1066)
Open House Parties; Provides that person who violates open house party
statute second or subsequent time commits misdemeanor of first degree;
provides that person commits misdemeanor of first degree if violation of
open house party statute causes serious bodily injury or death of minor;
provides criminal penalties. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
