Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Requires student to
reimburse educational institution for award amounts received for certain
courses dropped by student or courses from which student has withdrawn;
requires reimbursements to be refunded to DOE; requires institution to
notify DOE & student of amount due within specified period. EFFECTIVE
DATE: 07/01/2010.
