  provisions relating to the sale or release of wild animals. Revises
  violations for the sale and exhibition of wildlife in the state unless
  authorized by the FWC. Revises nonnative and captive wildlife penalties.
  Provides provisions for bonding requirements for the possession of
  wildlife, etc.  EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
