S1804 GENERAL BILL by Baker
Institutions of Higher Ed./Foreign Gift Disclosure [SPSC]; Requires each
institution of higher education to disclose to the DOR the amount,
terms, restrictions, and requirements made a part of any gift made to
the institution by a foreign government, person, or entity if the value
of the gift exceeds a specified amount. Provides that the information
reported by the institution is a public record. Provides for any
reportable gift that is not properly disclosed to the DOR to be
forfeited to the state, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
