Senate 2456: Relating to Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact [CPSC]

S2456    GENERAL BILL by Ring
  Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact [CPSC]; Creates the
  Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission. Provides
  responsibilities of the commission. Specifies the commission as an
  instrumentality of the compact states. Provides for venue. Specifies the
  powers of the commission. Provides for organization of the commission.
  Provides for membership, voting, and bylaws. Designates the Commissioner
  of the OIR as the representative of Florida on the commission, etc.
  EFFECTIVE DATE: Contingent.
