S 0418, CS/S 0522, S 0592, S 0934, S 2514)
Cellular Telephones/Use While Driving [CPSC]; Prohibits the use of a
cellular telephone while operating a motor vehicle except when using a
headset or hands-free device. Provides exemptions. Provides a penalty.
Provides for enforcement only as a secondary offense. EFFECTIVE DATE:
07/01/2010.
