Senate 2658: Relating to Energy Efficiency [GPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2658    GENERAL BILL by Bennett  (Compare CS/CS/CS/CS/2ND ENG/H 0663,
CS/CS/S 0648)
Energy Efficiency [GPSC]; Requires that the DMS consider the energy
efficiency of all materials used in the construction, alteration,
repair, or rebuilding of a building or facility owned or operated by a
state agency. Requires that the DMS adopt rules requiring that all
buildings and facilities owned by state agencies use high-efficiency
lamps when replacing an existing lamp or installing a new lamp, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
