1429.69 Denial, revocation, and suspension of a license.In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, the agency may deny, suspend, and revoke a license for any of the following reasons:
(1) Failure to comply with the background screening standards of this part, s. 408.809(1), or chapter 435.
(2) Failure to correct cited fire code violations that threaten the health, safety, or welfare of residents.

1Note.Section 58, ch. 2010-114, provides that “[t]he changes made by this act are intended to be prospective in nature. It is not intended that persons who are employed or licensed on the effective date of this act be rescreened until such time as they are otherwise required to be rescreened pursuant to law, at which time they must meet the requirements for screening as set forth in this act.”
