The Division of Statutory Revision publishes the Florida Statutes. The Division can assist the public in locating Florida Statutes, Laws of Florida, and State Constitution provisions. You may email the Division at stat.rev@leg.state.fl.us or call (850)488-8403. Division staff cannot give legal advice or opinions as to how the law applies to a given situation. To understand your legal rights and how to apply the law to specific facts, please seek legal counsel. Links to Executive and Judicial Branch agencies and local governments can be found at myflorida.com. That site's Frequently Asked Questions section answers many common questions. Rules and regulations issued by state agencies are codified as the Florida Administrative Code.
