A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to state road and bridge designations;
3designating Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge and Jose
4Regueiro Avenue in Miami-Dade County; directing the
5Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers;
6providing an effective date.
8Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
10     Section 1.  Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge designated;
11Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
12     (1)  The ramp, Department of Transportation project 87075-
133402 (1982), that connects northbound Florida Turnpike to
14northbound Interstate Highway 75 in Miami-Dade County is
15designated as "Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge."
16     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
17suitable markers designating Andrew J. Capeletti Memorial Bridge
18as described in subsection (1).
19     Section 2.  Jose Regueiro Avenue designated; Department of
20Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
21     (1)  That portion of W. 20th Avenue in the City of Hialeah
22between W. 44th Street and Okeechobee Road in Miami-Dade County
23is designated as "Jose Regueiro Avenue."
24     (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
25suitable markers designating Jose Regueiro Avenue as described
26in subsection (1).
27     Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
