    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to building designations; designating
    3         H. William Heller Hall at the University of South
    4         Florida St. Petersburg; directing the University of
    5         South Florida St. Petersburg to erect markers;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. H. William Heller Hall designated; University of
   11  South Florida St. Petersburg to erect suitable markers.—
   12         (1) Coquina Hall at the University of South Florida St.
   13  Petersburg is designated as “H. William Heller Hall.”
   14         (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
   15  directed to erect suitable markers designating H. William Heller
   16  Hall as described in subsection (1).
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
