    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the Lake Padgett Estates
    3         Independent Special District, Pasco County; amending
    4         chapter 2006-317, Laws of Florida; correcting the
    5         legal description of the boundaries of the district;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 2006-317, Laws of Florida,
   11  is amended to read:
   12         Section 3. Legal description of the Lake Padgett Estates
   13  Independent Special District.—The metes and bounds legal
   14  description of the district is as follows:
   15         A portion of Sections 19, 20 & 30, Township 26 South,
   16         Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida being described
   17         as follows:

   19         Begin at the Northwest corner of said Section 19, run
   20         thence South 00°43'18" West, along the West line of
   21         said Section 19, a distance of 5,119.41 feet; Thence
   22         South 88°50'58" East, a distance of 1,102.22 feet;
   23         Thence South 00°51'34" West, a distance of 100.01
   24         feet; thence South 88°51'24" East, along the South
   25         line of said Section 19, a distance of 181.42 feet;
   26         Thence South 18°44'16" East, a distance of 526.27
   27         feet; to the West line of the Northeast 1/4 of the
   28         Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 26 South, Range
