11  Senator Argenziano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         lines 376 through 378, delete those lines

16  and insert:  
17         (41)  Notwithstanding the provisions of s.
18  287.057(23)(a), that require all agencies to use the on-li19  procurement system developed by the Department of Management
20  Services, the department may continue to use its own on-line
21  system.  However, vendors utilizing such system shall be
22  prequalified as meeting mandatory requirements and
23  qualifications and shall remit fees pursuant to s.287.057(23),
24  and any rules implementing s. 287.057.
