3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 1427 and 1428, insert:
5     Section 21.   The Office of Insurance Regulation shall, by
6January 1, 2006, submit a report to the President of the Senate,
7the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the minority party
8leaders of the Senate and the House of Representatives, and the
9chairs of the standing committees of the Senate and the House of
10Representatives having jurisdiction over matters relating to
11property and casualty insurance. The report shall include
12findings and recommendations on requiring residential property
13insurers to provide law and ordinance coverage for residential
14property insurance policies, the increase or decrease in
15insurance costs associated with requiring such coverage, and
16such other related information as the Office of Insurance
17Regulation determines is appropriate for the Legislature to
18consider.

21     Remove line 121 and insert:
