11  Senator Campbell moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 10, lines 8-12, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  Florida Statutes. Prior to approval in the
17  General Appropriations Act, the agency may initiate the
18  procurement process pursuant to section 287.057, Florida
19  Statutes. However, only upon approval in the General
20  Appropriations Act  may the agency complete contract execution
21  pursuant to section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
