14         On page 74, line 16,

16  after the period ".", insert:  A proposed budget action shall
17  be deemed approved by a chair of a legislative committee if
18  written notice of the objection is not provided to the
19  Governor or Chief Justice, as appropriate, within 14 days of
20  the chair receiving notice of the action pursuant to the
21  provisions of s. 216.177.
