3     Amendment to Senate Amendment (952548) (with title
5     Between page 3, line(s) 31 and page 4, line 1, insert:
6     Section 3.  Subsection (10) of section 99.061, Florida
7Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (11), and a new subsection
8(10) is added to that section, to read:
9     99.061  Method of qualifying for nomination or election to
10federal, state, county, or district office.--
11     (10)  A candidate for the office of state senator or state
12representative shall reside in the district represented by the
13office sought at the time of qualifying. In a year of
14apportionment, such candidates are required to reside in the
15district represented by the office sought at time of election.
16     (11)(10)  The Department of State may prescribe by rule
17requirements for filing papers to qualify as a candidate under
18this section.

25and insert:
26third-party voter registrations; amending s. 99.061, F.S.;
