3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 5555 and insert:
5containers, wrappings, or disposable plastic bags. Nothing in
6this section is intended to prohibit, limit, or restrict the
7authority of a local government that owns or operates a solid
8waste management facility, as defined in s. 403.703(35), to
9enact any ordinance, resolution, regulation, or rule regarding
10the disposal, recycling, processing, or storage of solid waste
11or the imposition and collection of any applicable taxes, fees,
12or charges for such activities.
T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T
17     Remove line 338-340 and insert:
18contain certain components; creating s. 403.7033, F.S.;
19requiring the Department of Environmental Protection to conduct
20an analysis relating to the regulation of specified recyclable
21materials; requiring the department to submit a report to the
22Legislature; prohibiting the enactment of laws, rules, and
23ordinances relating to certain recyclable materials for a
24specified period of time; providing continued authority of
25certain local governments for activities relating to solid
26waste; amending s.
