The Committee on Transportation (Margolis) recommended the

following amendment to amendment (414488):

     Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

     Between lines 3666 and 3667

insert:

     Section 26.  Paragraph (i) is added to subsection (6) of

8

section 163.387, Florida Statutes, to read:

9

     163.387  Redevelopment trust fund.--

10

     (6)  Moneys in the redevelopment trust fund may be expended

11

from time to time for undertakings of a community redevelopment

12

agency as described in the community redevelopment plan for the

13

following purposes, including, but not limited to:

14

     (i) The provision of law enforcement services, fire rescue

15

services, or emergency medical services if the community

16

redevelopment area has been in existence for at least 5 years.

And the title is amended as follows:

     On line 3889, after the semicolon

21

insert:

amending s. 163.387, F.S.; authorizing the use of funds in

a redevelopment trust fund for the provision of law

medical services under certain circumstances;
