The nonrecurring sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to restore reductions in the Department of Corrections, Department of Law Enforcement, and Department of Juvenile Justice for Fiscal Year 2010-11: DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS Restores department FTE reductions............................$3,000,000 DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT Restores Law Enforcement agent FTE reductions.................$1,000,000 DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE JUSTICE Restores secure and non-secure residential bed reductions....$16,000,000
