Senate 2560: Relating to Early Voting Sites [LPCC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2560    GENERAL BILL by Posey  (Identical H 0391, Compare S 2300)
Early Voting Sites [LPCC]; provides for supervisor of elections to file
request with Elections Div. of Dept. of State to designate additional
early voting sites; provides requirements for such request; requires
that division receive public comment on proposed said sites; specifies
timeframe within which division must approve or disapprove request for
additional sites; revises time when early voting sites are required to
be open. Amends 101.657. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2007.
