Senate 2806: Relating to Property Insurance/Reinsurance [EPCC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

S2806    GENERAL BILL by Deutch  (Identical H 0949, S 2650)
Property Insurance/Reinsurance [EPCC]; authorizes State Board of
Administration to sell reinsurance to private insurance companies taking
insurance policies from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation under
certain circumstances; provides for discount to policyholders of said
corporation; authorizes SBA to offer discounted reinsurance rates to
said companies under certain circumstances; provides requirements for
said companies to get discounted reinsurance rate, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE:
Upon becoming law.
