House 0767: Relating to Vessels/Sound Devices/Infraction ------------------------------------------------------------------

H767     GENERAL BILL by Snyder  (Identical S 1988)
Vessels/Sound Devices/Infraction; prohibits operation of soundmaking
devices in vessels so that sound produced is audible at certain distance
or louder than necessary for convenient hearing by persons inside vessel
in certain areas; provides exceptions; provides for citation as
noncriminal infraction; provides penalties. Creates 327.651; amends
327.73. EFFECTIVE DATE: 10/01/2007.
