Medical Practice/Cultural Competency; requires Board of Medicine to
adopt rules requiring physician training in cultural competency;
specifies rules re required training for students in colleges of
medicine in this state & for physicians licensed in this state; provides
exceptions. Creates 458.3094. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2006.
