Initiatives/60 Percent of Electors; constitutional amendment to require
that any proposed amendment to or revision of State Constitution,
whether proposed by Legislature, by initiative, or by any other method,
must be approved by at least 60 percent of voters of state voting on
measure, rather than by simple majority, etc. Amends s. 5, Art. XI.
