Section 101.34, Florida Statutes 2001

1101.34  Custody of voting machines.--The supervisor of elections shall be the custodian of voting machines in the county using them, and he or she shall appoint deputies necessary to prepare and supervise the machines prior to and during elections. The compensation for such deputies shall be paid by the supervisor of elections.
