S420 GENERAL BILL by Bullard (Identical H 0209, Compare H 0473, CS/CS/H 7053, CS/CS/2ND ENG/S 0004, S 0120, S 1154) Student Assessment/Public Schools/FCAT [SPSC]; Terminates the administration of the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) to students in grades 9 through 12. Requires the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) to replace the grade 10 FCAT for purposes of measuring a student's knowledge and skills.
