Senate 0602: Relating to Contamination Notification/Site Rehabilitation [EPSC] ------------------------------------------------------------------

Storms; Bullard; Wilson (Similar S 0358, Compare CS/H 0207)
Contamination Notification/Site Rehabilitation [EPSC]; Revises
contamination notification provisions. Requires individuals responsible
for site rehabilitation to provide notice of site rehabilitation to
specified entities. Requires the DEP to provide specified notice to
private K-12 schools and child care facilities. Authorizes the local
government and the DEP to recover notification costs from responsible
parties, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
