Senate 7058: Relating to Adverse Possession ------------------------------------------------------------------

S7058    PROPOSED COMMITTEE BILL for Consideration by Judiciary
Adverse Possession; Requires a person seeking property by adverse
possession to use a uniform adverse possession return developed by the
Department of Revenue. Prescribes what information must be included in
the adverse possession return. Requires a person claiming adverse
possession to attest to the truthfulness of the information provided in
the return under penalty of perjury, etc. EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010.
