S1470 GENERAL BILL/CS by Health and Human Services Appropriations; Peaden
(Compare 2ND ENG/H 5001, 3RD ENG/H 5003, 1ST ENG/S 2700, 1ST ENG/S 2702,
Implementing 2010-2011 General Appropriations Act [WPSC]; Delays the
expiration of a provision requiring that funds appropriated for forensic
mental health treatment services be allocated to certain areas of the
state. Prohibits a state agency from adopting or implementing a rule or
policy that mandates new nitrogen-reduction limits that apply to
existing or new onsite sewage treatment systems, has the effect of
requiring the use of performance based treatment systems, etc.
EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2010 except as otherwise provided.
